Application of TESTEX Smart Sample Cutting System

The Working Process of TESTEX Smart Sample Cutting System
(1) Connect the customer’s textile testing-related ERP or LIMS system to the TESTEX Smart Sample Cutting System (or the corresponding QR code from the customer can also be scanned ); if the factory or testing center is not equipped with an ERP or LIMS, it is also possible to create sample cutting templates directly on the sample cutting software;
(2) The sample cutting system automatically recognizes the corresponding sample cutting requirements (e.g., cutting size, cutting into round or square or anisotropic);
(3) The layout of sample-cutting: The cutting software can be used for sample-cutting layout (the proportion of the whole piece of fabric to be cut, how many circles, how many squares, etc., as well as the size of the cut), such as 4:3, 1:2, etc., all can be set, and you can also click on the “smallest-area” layout, to save fabrics;
(4) Turn on the projector, project the sample-cutting layout onto the cutting machine table, and keep the whole piece of fabric flat on the table, then you can clearly see the layout with different shapes and sizes of the cutting samples;
(5) Start the “cutting” button, then the smart cutting machine starts to cut the fabric, according to the system’s algorithm, and travel by the most time-saving path. What is a Fabric Weight Cutter?

Instrument Operation
