Card Feeder is used to automatically separate the whole stack of sheet, folded and original products, as single transport to conveyor.

The card feeder can suitable for products such as phone cards, game cards, greeting cards, tags, packaging bags, unfolded cartons, labels, envelopes, ect. Or it also can handle the thicker products, likes folded leaflets, promotional leaflets, small brochures, magazines, etc. To free the cards distribution work from heavy labor involved.

Card feeder could run with packaging machine or integrated into the main packaging machine, such as a flow wrapper, a vertical form-fill-seal machine, also equipped with missed products detection function, alternately feeding and preset loop random feeding function. Also, it can separate as dividing material counting, achieve product counting and sorting automation, reduce manpower, improve card distribution and separating efficiency.
